Service Outage

Upcoming Service Outage

The transition of PSSap from ComSuper to Pillar is now just over a month away, with Pillar Administration taking over employer and member services from 19 November 2011.

The purpose of this update is to alert you to an ESO (Employer Services Online) service outage next week in preparation for the change.

This service outage will allow ComSuper to run important internal data transferring tests.
A detailed summary of the service outage, commencing at 12:00pm AEDT (Australian Eastern Daylight Time) on 19 October is below.  Please note this affects PSSap, PSS and CSS schemes.

Employer Services Online (ESO) portal not available – agencies unable to view information, submit contributions or access the Eligibility Determiner

3:00pm (AEDT) – 5:00pm (AEDT)

ePASS will be unavailable

  • ComSuper Employer Support will only be able to provide general information to agencies and will be unable to work on pay files (PSS, CSS, PSSap)
  • Business Team will be unable to allocate contributions

9:00am (AEDT) 20 October
5:00pm (AEDT) 23 October

ePASS will only be available as ‘view only’

  • ComSuper Employer Support will only be able to provide general information on pay files to agencies and details of status as at 5:00pm (EDT) on 18 October (i.e. no information for period thereafter)
  • Business Team will be unable to allocate contributions

12:00am (AEDT) 24 October

ESO portal available (PSS, CSS, PSSap)

9:00am (AEDT) 24 October

Employer Support able to provide full service and up-to-date information on Civilian pay files (PSS, CSS PSSap)

This information is subject to change and we will advise you in the event of any amendments.

You will be advised further of the second service outage, coinciding with the transition to Pillar in November, in due course.
