The transition of PSSap from ComSuper to Pillar is now just over a month away, with Pillar Administration taking over employer and member services from 19 November 2011.
The purpose of this update is to alert you to an ESO (Employer Services Online) service outage next week in preparation for the change.
This service outage will allow ComSuper to run important internal data transferring tests.
A detailed summary of the service outage, commencing at 12:00pm AEDT (Australian Eastern Daylight Time) on 19 October is below. Please note this affects PSSap, PSS and CSS schemes.
