System outages to ESO and PSSap administration system

ESO will be unavailable from COB Thursday 25 February to 6am Monday 1 March and the PSSap administration system will be unavailable from COB Thursday 25 February until 6am Thursday 4 March.

This means you won’t be able to create new PSSap memberships in ESO or the grid during this period.

What we need you to do

Please make sure you have successfully submitted pay 17 by COB 18 February - if you don’t think you can meet this deadline please call 1300 338 240.

From 6am Thursday 4 March you’ll be able to create new PSSap memberships as normal using the eligibility determiner or grid. Due to the date the member began employment, you may need to make appropriate adjustments.

What next?

You’ll be able to process data in ESO as normal, except for new PSSap memberships. Please make sure your data is reconciled with the contributions paid.
